how to do coke chicken wing?

Hello,every one.Do you know coke chicken wings? Do you ever taste it?

Today, I will introduce one of my favourite dishes-coke chicken wing^^
firstly, you should perpare some necessary ingredients,as follow:
                                 

                                1).20 chicken wings,2 piece of scallion,a coca cola,2 piece of ginger,  20  pepper, 5 chilli, a full spoon of sugar and salt.

The first step is put ting  thoes clean chicken wings into boiled water and take them out after 10 seconds

2).put sugar into boiled oil and fried sugar, then put pepper into pot.(at the same time turn down the fire)

3).when the colour of sugar becomes yellow,put chicken wings into pot and stir them quickly.

4).putting ginger and sallion into pot and stie them.

5).continue stir it.

                                         6).when the colour becomes a little dark.put coke into pot

and pot salt and chilli into pot.

7).putting pot cover on pot and wait 15 minutes.(using medium flame)

8).using the mass fire and stie the wings slowly,then the soup will be less and less.

                                                              WELL DONE ！！！YEAH!!
