moon cake
In China, moon cake is another traditional food. In the Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese people must get together to celebrate this famous holiday, on this day, we always eat moon cake, and moon cake standing for reunion.
The variety of moon cake
1.moon cake in Guangdong Province---This moon cake is in south part of China,espically in Guangdong Province, this moon cake's characteristic is thin skin soft and glossy, golden colour and shiny, beautiful modelling, design and delicate, clear figure, not easy and broken, packaging exquisite, carry convenience!!!
2.moon cake in Suzhou Province---This moon cake is with wheat flour, YiTang, edible vegetable oil or lard, such as water of leather, wheat flour, edible vegetable oil or lard system, the system crisp skin crisp, bag filling, molding and baking craft processing becomes!!!
3.moon cake in Beijing---This kind moon cake originated in tianjin and surrounding areas in the north has certain market, its main characteristic is sweetness and skin filling than moderate, general skin filling than for pointing, reusing sesame oil, carries sweet taste, taste brittle loose.

Braised Pork Ribs with Potato
Today we are going to introduce a fantastic dish for winnter ----- Braised Pork Ribs with Potato
1. put pork ribs into cold water and heat it
2. add some ginger slice and cooking wine to raw taste
3. put some rock candy
4. put some oil and wait for rock candy to melt
5. take out the pork ribs then fry
6. add some seasoning such as shallot, garlic, anise
7. and then add soy sauce to make ribs look more tasty
8. put all ribs into the gippo we done before
9. put potato chunks in
10. wait the potato digest the flavour

In indonesia food was created from different regions. Each islands, even each profince has their own unique food. for example, Malang. Malang is a city in East Java where I took my senior high school. I was a bit familiar with the area as i live there for 3 years.
Cwi Mie is one of unique food in Malang, people often confuse to tell the difference between cwi mie and chicken noodle (mie ayam) because Cwi Mie isn't much different from its partner, regular Mie Ayam (Chicken Noodle). The differences are the chicken sprinkle and the vegetable use. Regular Mie Ayam has more soggy chicken, contains mushroom and yuey choy (a family of bok choy) while Cwi Mie has drier chicken which is almost liked chicken floss and uses lettuce instead.
In the old days, cwi mie sellers were serving the noodle, lettuce, fried wontons, boiled wontons, beefballs and chicken sprinkle over in one bigger bowl. Lately, some cwi mie seller have created a fried wonton bowl for the serving plate. It's actually similar to baked tortilla bowl. Yep, it's a way of selling to attract more customers.

Cwi Mie Malang
- Malang Style Chicken Noodle -
Ingredients:
300 g fresh egg noodle
1 tbsp chicken oil
2 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
100 g lettuce, rinse off
2 tbsp Chinese chives
2 tbsp fried shallots
Ready to use Asian beefballs
Fried wontons
Boiled wontons
Acar Timun (Cucumber Pickle)
Chicken Flakes:
2 tbsp chicken oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 tsp grated gingerroot
400 g ground chicken
½ tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp ground white pepper
½ tbsp fried garlic
½ tbsp fried shallot
Chicken Stock For Soup
500 g chicken carcass, rinse off
1.5 L water
2 cloves garlic, bruised
3 stalks Chinese chives, cut into 3 cm(1-inch) long
2 shallots, halved
2 tsp ground white pepper
1 stick sugarcane (optional, it’s natural way of MSG substitution)
seasalt
Methods:
Chicken Stock:
In a stock pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Once it boils, simmer for about another hour.
Chicken Flakes:
Heat up the oil in a skillet. Stir fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add chicken until stiff. Combine other sprinkle ingredients except fried garlic and shallot. Keep string until chicken cooked and spices absorbed. Remove from the heat. In a food processor, combine chicken mixture with fried garlic and shallot, and process to form flakes.
Noodle:
In a pot, boil water and brew noodle until soften and drain. In a bowl, season noodle with chicken oil, soy sauce, ground white pepper and salt. It's important to season the noodle while it’s still hot.
Serving: Use two different size of bowls, larger and smaller. In a large bowl, place lettuce and add seasoned noodle. Then, put fried wonton, meatball, and boiled wonton. Top with chicken flakes, slices of chives and fried shallot. Serve with acar and a small bowl of chicken stock.

we love ice cream ^.^
WE LOVE ICE CREAM!!!
Today,I go to supermarket to buy ice cream.So i want to say something about ice cream^^.
Ice cream has kinds of flavor.When the weather is hot, i guess u will prefer to fruit flavor or green tea taste.
When u a hungry,i think u will like choclate flavor.
Beacause of ice cream,which let our lives more wonderful. In my opinion,Australian ice cream is more sweeter than China.
When i was six years old.my favourate ice cream's brand is GUANGMING BINGZHUAN,which make a deep impression in my mind,even though several years past, i can still think of it. GUANGMING BINGZHUAN has not beautiful packing,however it facous on its taste.Now,i am a young girl, i can grasp its meaning that teaching me how to be a successful person

Dumplings
Dumpling is deeply loved by Chinese people's favorite traditional features food, also called dumpling, northern China folk staple food and ground w ZhangYi

Like it could also add balm, see personal taste. Stir good meat slightly put soon can pack dumpling. Can also use this method do cow meat sheep meat, etc
